A separate SC/ST OBC Cell is functioning under the guidance of a faculty member as a coordinator assisted by an office staff exclusively for scholarship related work. This Cell is creating awareness among the students about various scholarships, Financial Assistance under various given government schemes as well as financial assistance and scholarships from other Trust and Societal Organizations.
The students are informed through College Notice Board / Website, SMS/Whatsapp, when the applications are called for.
The Cell is also helping the students to apply online through NSP Portal and SSP Portal, Arivu Portal to apply for scholarship/Financial Assistance. It functions like a help center to facilitate the students to avail various Financial Assistance Free-Ships Scholarships.

- PACE Scholarship is available for meritorious students. Scholarship amount depends on the marks scored in core subjects in PUC/Plus Two exams.
- Scholarship for the students securing more than 80% overall in 2nd PUC

- Mangalore City Corporation 7.25% Fund Scheme for OBC and 22.75% Fund Scheme for SC& St (For residents of Mangalore City Corporation Jurisdiction)
- Karnataka State Wakf Foundation for Women Development Scholarship for Muslim women Students.
These are some of the main scholarship awarded by the various Government Departments but there is some eligibility criteria prescribed and there is ceiling for the income too

- GowdaSaraswat Brahmin Seva Trust Mumbai provides Scholarship for students belonging to GSB Community
- Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Provides Scholarship for students whose mother is Konkani
- Sitaram Jindal Scholarship.
- Arivu Loan Scheme for the Minority Students, Sanctioned by the KMDC Ltd. And the same loan given to the other Backward Class Students from D.DevarajUrs Backward Class Development Corporation Ltd. At 2% rate of interest.
- Lingayath trust provides educational loan for Lingayath community students at a reasonable rate of interest and also for the higher studies abroad.
