This aimed at providing 6th-semester students with a comprehensive introduction to Salesforce and the tools required to begin self-learning. The session was held from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and the resource person for the event was Mr. Shaheen Melkar, a Salesforce Consultant at Novigo Solutions, Mangalore.

Dr. Sayeed Abdul Hayan, HOD In-Charge, addressed the students and emphasized the importance of Salesforce in today’s technology-driven world. He highlighted how Salesforce has become a leading platform for customer relationship management (CRM) and its growing relevance in various industries. The session started with Mr. Shaheen providing an overview of Salesforce, its ecosystem, and its significance in the world of customer relationship management (CRM).
