9th Edition of IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing, VLSI,
Electrical Circuits & Robotics (2025 IEEE DISCOVER ) is being organized by IEEE MSS at
P. A. College of Engineering, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India during 17 -18, October 2025.
A series of Keynote Talks, followed by paper presentations have been planned to
foster strong networking among the delegates. DISCOVER solicits paper submissions across
six tracks as listed below. Kindly note that the submissions are not limited to the topics
mentioned in each track. Technical Programme Committee of DISCOVER will select One
Best Paper in each of the tracks mentioned below. Best Paper Awards will be announced and
presented during the Conference. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for
possible publication in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (Conference Record #66922). The
proceedings of previous eight editions DISCOVER are published in IEEE Xplore® and
indexed by Scopus.

IEEE Mangalore Sub-Section invites academicians, researchers and industry
practitioners to consider submitting papers for this Flagship Conference and share their
research findings and experiences in Distributed Computing, VLSI, Electrical Circuits &
