P. A. College of Engineering in collaboration with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL), organized an enlightening technical talk on "Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy."

The event featured Prof. John Valder as the resource person, who delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session. He emphasized the urgent need to create awareness about energy conservation and the adoption of renewable energy solutions to address the pressing challenges of climate change and energy sustainability.

The program was presided over by Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal of P.A. College of Engineering. In her address, she underlined the pivotal role of energy conservation and renewable energy in ensuring a sustainable future for upcoming generations.

The event witnessed the participation of faculty members, including Prof. Abdul Majeed, HOD of First Year, Ismail Shaffi, HOD of Physics,Razeena Begam, HOD of Chemistry Ismail S., NSS Coordinator Dr. Iqbal, PED.

The program was skillfully compered by Sayeda Mariya Nishat, a 2nd-year AIML student. The session concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving attendees with valuable insights into the importance of sustainable energy practices. The event marked a significant step towards fostering awareness and action in energy conservation and renewable energy adoption.
