P.A. College of Engineering, in collaboration with Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL), organized a rally to raise awareness among the public about the importance of energy conservation on 09/01/2025. The event aimed to educate the community on the significance of conserving energy for a sustainable future.

The rally was inaugurated by Dr. Sharmila Kumari, who emphasized the critical role of energy conservation in addressing environmental challenges and ensuring resource sustainability for future generations.

Prominent faculty members, including Prof. Ismail Shaffi, Ismail S., Razeena Begam, Sumangala Rao, Rajeshwari, Sowmya, and Srinidhi, yashaswi, Meghashree were actively involved in guiding the students throughout the rally. 

Waseem Muhammad Hussain delivered the welcome address, highlighting the objectives of the rally and the need to involve every citizen in this noble cause.

The rally saw enthusiastic participation from students, who carried placards and banners with slogans promoting energy conservation. They interacted with the public, distributing informational pamphlets and explaining effective ways to save energy in daily life.

As a part of energy conservation initiative students from P. A. College of Engineering visited the schools to educate and create awareness about the importance of save energy. The rally successfully spread awareness and inspired the community to take proactive steps toward conserving energy.
