P.A. College of Engineering, Mangaluru, proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Team CharvyTech, whose innovative idea has earned top honors at a prestigious international platform.

The team comprising Sudais Shihab (CSE ICSB), Mohammed Rishab (CSE ICSB), and Mohammed Adnan Hameed (CSE) participated in the IEEE YESIST12 2026 held on 10th April 2026. They presented their novel concept titled “Charvy OS”, a next-generation AI-powered operating system aimed at advancing intelligent computing solutions.

The competition witnessed participation from 98 teams across the country, out of which only 66 teams were shortlisted for the preliminary round conducted at MIT Bengaluru (MAHE). Demonstrating exceptional innovation, technical expertise, and presentation skills, Team CharvyTech outperformed strong contenders from premier institutions across India and secured the First Place.

Adding to this significant accomplishment, the team has been selected as Global Finalists and will represent P.A. College of Engineering, Mangaluru at the international level in Indonesia.

This achievement highlights the institution’s commitment to fostering innovation, research, and excellence among students. The success of Team CharvyTech serves as an inspiration to the student community and reflects the growing prominence of the college in global technical platforms.
