Three Days Workshop on C Programming and Web Programming Concludes

Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML), P. A. College of Engineering (PACE), in association with ARTELLIGENCE and IEEE Computational Society conducted a Three Day Workshop on C programming and Web programming. The workshop aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of programming fundamentals and practical insights into web development.
The program took place on 23, 24 and 25th November 2023 at AIML lab for second year AIML students. The resource person were students from third year AIML.
The session commenced with a prayer by Mr. Faheem, a 3rd sem student, followed by a welcome speech by Ms Nafeesa Rihana of 5th sem. Principal Dr. Ramis MK addressed the students and briefed them the importance of various programming languages. He also motivated them to actively participate in the workshop.
Day1: Programming fundamentals
The first day started with an in-depth exploration of C programming basics. Practical exercises and coding challenges reinforced theoretical concepts, ensuring active engagement. The resource person were Mr. Shaikh Mohammed Ehad and Ms. Nafeesa Rihana.
Day2: Advanced C programming
Building on the foundation, the second day covered advanced C concepts, including pointers, structures and file handling. The resource person were Mr. Nihad Iqbal Khan and Mr. Zayan Aboobaker.

Day 3: Introduction to Web programming
The final day concentrated on introduction to HTML and CSS. Participants were able to create static Web pages to apply the newfound knowledge.

The participants shared feedback and expressed their satisfaction, highlighting the hands-on approach, interactive sessions and practical relevance of the content.
As a token of appreciate, mementos were presented to the resource person. The workshop concluded with vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Sumaira Marzuqa Bashir from second year, AIML.
