On March 15, 2025, Computer Science and Engineering Department conducted an insightful session on the topic "Placement Perspectives: Insights and Experiences for a Successful Placement." This event was conducted to 6th-semester Computer Science and Engineering students. The primary goal of the session was to provide valuable guidance and share real-world experiences to help students better prepare for their upcoming placements.

The session featured two distinguished resource persons: Mohammed Hisham from UNICORT, and Muhammed Ajlan, an alumni who is currently working as a Software Engineer at Novigo Solutions. Hisham, drawing from his personal experiences, provided practical tips for securing placements, emphasizing the importance of focusing on core subjects. He highlighted how these subjects are crucial in technical interviews and shared his own experiences from interviews. Additionally, Hisham spoke about the significance of effective communication skills and how they can make a difference during the placement process.

Ajlan, on the other hand, reflected on his college life, detailing the projects and achievements that played a key role in his journey to success. He shared valuable insights into the projects he worked while studying and how all those projects contributed to his professional growth. His session also provided students with a glimpse into the industry and the skills required to excel in the real world.

The program was coordinated by Prof. Divya K. K. Dr. Sharmila Kumari M, HOD, CSE also addressed the students, stressing the importance of getting placed and preparation towards placement activities.

Overall, the session was a great success, offering students practical advice, personal experiences, and inspiration to help them to navigate the placement process with confidence.
