A perspective sharing session on: “Inspire Inclusion” – Building bridges across differences

The Women Welfare Committee and College Internal Complaints Committee in association with Women in Engineering IEEE. P. A. College of Engineering organized a perspective sharing session on the topic, Inspire Inclusion – Building bridges across differences. The guest of the day, Prof. Aysha L. V., Vice Principal, P. A. Institute of Physiotherapy in the session said that inclusions opens doors, amplifies voices and fosters environment where all women, regardless of background or identity can thrive.
The principal, Dr. Ramis M.K acknowledged the role of women in multitasking and said that gender similarity is not gender equality Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal, emphasized the importance of empowering women to uplift the other women. Prof. Shainy Mathew C Coordinator, College Internal Complaints Committee a welcomed the gathering and Dr. Asiya Hazareena, Coordinator, Women Welfare Committee proposed the vote of thanks.
