Department of CSE organized an invited talk on "Vision to Reality" was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Rimaz Faizabadi, Lead AIML Consultant Delloyd, R&D to guide graduates in starting their careers AIML field. This event was conducted in association with student’s forums Embed club and GLUG.

The event began with an inauguration by Dr. Sharmila Kumari,Vice Principal & HOD CSE, followed by an introduction of Dr. Ahmed Rimaz Faizabadi by Ms. Anushka and Ms.Aysha .s. The session was coordinated by Prof. Habeeb Ur Rehman.

Dr. Ahmed Rimaz Faizabadi recently gave an engaging talk on "AI and ML as a Career," where he shared his journey and showcased a real-world AI application: a live number plate detection system currently used in Malaysia. Through this, he illustrated how AI can move from vision to reality, transforming fields like traffic monitoring and security. Dr. Faizabadi also walked students through popular deep learning models like YOLO and Faster R-CNN, breaking down when and how each model can be applied. He ended with a hands-on workshop in Roboflow, where students got to experience the full object detection pipeline, from preparing data to training a model. It was a fascinating glimpse into the world of AI, giving students practical tools and inspiration to explore this growing field. 

The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Shakib, expressing appreciation for the valuable insights shared by Dr. Ahmed Rimaz Faizabadi.
