As part of the PACENEXT Alumni Conclave, a series of technical and career-oriented talks organized from 17th to 21st February 2025, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at P.A. College of Engineering (PACE) hosted an insightful session titled "Unlock Your Potential: Career Advancement Opportunities in Mechanical Engineering" on 18th February 2025.
The invited talk featured Mr. Praveen S, an esteemed alumnus and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infosys, Mangalore. The session, held in the CIM lab at 11:30 AM, aimed to provide students with valuable insights into career growth opportunities within the field of mechanical engineering, covering industry trends, essential skills, and future career prospects.
The session commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Prashanth Pai, Head of the department, who introduced the distinguished resource person of the day.

The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and asking questions about various career paths, required skill sets, and strategies for professional growth.
