The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an invited talk on "Elevate: Career Readiness and Placement Support" for 4th-semester Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) students on March 10, 2025. The event aimed to enhance the students career development and placement readiness.

Resource persons Mohammed Sinan and Mohammed Thameem Raaz, final-year students who secured placements in Novigo Solutions, Mangalore, shared their valuable insights and experiences with the students. Mohammed Thameem Raaz emphasized the importance of focusing on key subjects in Computer Science and Engineering, highlighting the need to build a strong technical foundation and problem-solving abilities.

Mohammed Sinan conducted an interactive session on resume building, soft skills, aptitude skills, and interview preparation. He offered practical guidance on crafting effective resumes, improving communication skills, and excelling in aptitude tests and job interviews.

The program was coordinated by Ms. Divya K K, with introductions by Dr. Mohammed Hafeez M K and Ms. Avvanhi. Dr. Sharmila Kumari M motivated the students to focus on placements, emphasizing the importance of being prepared.

The session was highly interactive and informative, equipping the students with valuable knowledge to enhance their career readiness. The event provided a platform for the students to learn from the experiences of their seniors and gain insights into the industry expectations.
