IEEE Societies Inauguration

The three IEEE Societies under the flagship of “IEEE PACE Student Branch”, namely: Microwave Theory & Technical Society(MTT-S), Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society(AESS) and Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society(EMBS) were inaugurated on 22nd July-2023, by Mr. Puneet Mishra, BoG of Global IEEE AESS, Head Satellite Antenna Characterization, Test & Design Section, U. R. RAO SATELLITE CENTRE, Bangalore.
In his inaugural address Mr. Puneet, briefed about the various societies, its benefits and encouraged the audience to join IEEE. In the Preamble Address, Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal-PACE, briefed on the work plan of these societies. Women in Engineering (WiE), Robotics and Automation Society, Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, Computational Intelligence Society, IEEE Computer Society are the other societies planned for Inauguration in the near future.
