The First Year Engineering Students Association (FESA), P. A. College of Engineering, in collaboration with Comed Kares, organized a fire side chat on Entrepreneurship in the E Learning Center on, 27th July 2023.
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by Prof. Muhammed Wasim Hussain. The Chief Speaker for the day was Ms. Shilpa Gorpade, a distinguished member of BNI (Business Network International).
During the Fire Side Chat, Ms. Shilpa Gorpade shared valuable insights and information about Entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of using the latest innovations in engineering for aspiring entrepreneurs. Her speech proved to be enlightening for the first-year engineering students, who were eager to learn from her experiences and expertise.
The session also provided a platform for the students to interact with Ms. Shilpa Gorpade and seek guidance on various entrepreneurial aspects. Her comprehensive answers to the students questions left them with valuable takeaways.
The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Majeed, Head of First Year, Mr. Faizal, Head of CPOD, Prof. Ismail Shaffi, HOD of Physics, and other first-year faculty members. In a gesture of appreciation, Prof. Majeed, Head of First Year, presented a token of gratitude to Ms. Shilpa Gorpade on behalf of the college. The Fire Side Chat successfully concluded with a vote of thanks by Rasmeena, a first-year student from the Computer Science department, expressing gratitude to the Chief Speaker, faculty, and everyone involved in making the event a great success.
