All faculty meeting was conducted on November 30th from 10:30 A.M. in Multi Purpose Hall. All teaching & Non teaching faculty members were present in the meeting. The meeting started with the invocation by Prof. Zeeshan, Dept. of Chemistry followed by Welcome Speech by Prof. Prashant Pai. Briefing on various criterions was done as follows,

The discussions were well involved with participation from faculty members and moderated by Principal.  

The program was followed by cash award disbursement by Executive Director to the teaching and non teaching faculty members involved in NBA work. In the opening remarks, Principal appreciated the efforts done by the faculty members, who were the backbone of the NBA preparation. He also acknowledged the involvement of technical staff, supporting/administrative departments& management. 

Mr. Abdulla Ibrahim, Executive Director briefed about the importance of NBA and further plans for NBA by EC & CV Departments, maximum by 2023-24 Academic Year. He emphasized on the daily routine to be in line with NBA/other Accreditation guidelines. The visit of Prof. Abdul Rahman for AAA (Administrative Academic Audit) preparation leading to NAAC Accreditation was also explained. The plans for a Degree Awarding Autonomous Institute under NEP, or Autonomous Institution under VTU, were stressed by Mr. Abdulla. The faculty members should focus on Research Publications, Funding, Consultancies & attending Conferences/Workshops. The plans to support for above were also put forth by him. The Placement Department should not be complacent and shall strive to improve in bringing more companies. The need for digital presence by faculty members was also mentioned by Executive Director. The awards for the members were disbursed by Executive Director in presence of AGM. 

The program was compeered by Prof. Chandana, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering & the award disbursement was assisted by Prof. Ismail Shafi.
