The IEEE EMBS 5-Days Workshop on Aquatic Alchemy commenced on 9th October 2023 with a grand inaugural function attended by esteemed guests and dignitaries from various academic institutions. The event took place in multipurpose hall and was marked by enthusiasm and scholarly fervour.

Dr. Bharathi Prakash, Head of the Department of Microbiology, University College, Mangaluru, graced the event as the Chief Guest, her presence added significant academic value to the occasion. Dr. Saleemullah Khan, Principal of P. A. Institute of Pharmacy, joined as the Guest of Honour, his expertise in the field of pharmacy was highly appreciated by the attendees.

Distinguished Guests were: Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal of PACE, Dr. Surfraz Hasm J., Principal of PAFGC, Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal of PACE, Prof. Mohammed Zakir B., IEEE Senior Member & Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, PACE, Dr. Krishna Prasad P., Chief Coordinator of Aquatic Alchemy, Professor and Head, Department of Biotechnology, Dr. Prashanth Pai, Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering., Dr. Manjula, Head of Department of AIML, Mr. Mohammed Faizal, Head of CPOD, PAET and Dr. Shareefraju J. Ukkund, Coordinator of Aquatic Alchemy, IEEE EMBS, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology.

The event witnessed active participation from all staff members of the Department of Biotechnology, underlining their commitment to the workshops success.
