Capital Via Recruitment drive at PACE: Sixteen Students Get Offers

On December 19, 2023, Capital Via made a significant visit to PACE for a campus recruitment drive targeting engineering & MBA students graduating in the academic year 2023-2024. This event witnessed enthusiastic participation from a combined total of 100 students hailing from both PACE.
Mr. Ajith Savio George, AVP – Human Recourse at Capital via & Ms. Sivani Raguvanshi, HR Generalist, played a pivotal role by conducting a pre-placement talk and overseeing the entire recruitment process. The distinguished gathering included Vice Principal Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Professor Mohammed Hussain, the Training and Placement Officer (TPO), Mr. Mohammed Faizal, Head CPOD, Ms. Fathima Naizam, Placement Executive, as well as faculty coordinators Prof. Safa Sana and Prof. Divya. The recruitment process was comprehensive, consisting of two rounds, Group Discussion, and HR interviews. Its noteworthy that sixteen students from PACE demonstrated exceptional skills and successfully navigated all rounds of the interview process, ultimately receiving offer letters from Capital via.
