The Department of Basic Science, PACE, organized a Felicitation Programme for the Academic Toppers of First Semester VTU examinations and a Prize distribution ceremony for the winners of the events hosted as part of the Online Induction Programme, on September 3, Friday in PACE EDUSAT HALL. The Programme began with an invocation led by Prof. Zeeshan, followed by the welcome address by Prof. Abdul Majeed. After the Felicitation and Prize distribution, Dr. Ramis M.K.,  Principal, PACE, delivered the presidential address,  wherein he emphasised on the importance of facing challenges and coming out successful despite the pandemic and rather not take their studies for granted. He congratulated the toppers and prize winners who performed well in the First Exams which was conducted offline. He also spoke on the upcoming guidelines and measures the college is coming up with regard to the promotion as per VTU norms and encouraged the students to take their academics as well as their attendance on a serious note.Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal, PACE., Dr. Sayyad Ameen Ahammad, Dean (SA), PAET and various Heads of Departments were present during this occasion. Prof. Ismail Shaffi proposed the vote of thanks and Prof. Jishad M.K., was the Master of Ceremony.
