A condolence meeting was held on 23rd December, 2021 in Edu-Sat Hall at 11:45am by P. A. College of Engineering and P. A. First Grade College to mourn the untimely demise of Dr. P.A. Ibrahim Haji, Chairman and Managing Trustee, PAET, who passed away on 21st December, 2021. The meeting commenced with prayer by Dr. Zeashan, Dept. of Chemistry. Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal, PACE, welcomed the gathering. Giving an insight into the preamble, Dr. Sharmila reflected on her past experiences with Dr. P. A. Ibrahim Haji portraying his versatility, never ending quest for knowledge and visionary thoughts. In his address, Dr. Ramis M. K., Principal, PACE, reminisced about various instances of Dr P.A. Ibrahim Haji elucidating his steadfastness in religion, his trust and belief on the blessings of parents and concept of equality among all. He also stressed on the chairman’s vision for the establishment of PACE University and urged the faculty to strive to transform his dreams into reality. 

Mrs. Preethi Pereira and Mrs. Deepthi Udyavara, faculties from PAFGC and Prof. Chandana B.R., Dept. of EC, PACE, extended their deepest sympathy and expressed condolence to the bereaved family. The meeting was concluded by Mrs. Murial, HOD, Dept of B. Sc., PAFGC who proposed the vote of thanks. All teaching and non teaching faculty members of PACE / PAFGC were present.

A condolence meeting was also held in front of Administrative Block at 4:00pm on the same day. Teaching / non teaching faculty members and all the students of various institutions under PAET were present.
