Women’s day celebrated at PACE

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in collaboration with Women Welfare Committee organized an invited talk on the topic “Identity of a women” on 8th March, 2022 at P. A. College of Engineering as a part of Women’s day celebration. The resource person was Dr. Rashmi Kodikal, Professor, Graphic Era University.
The speaker conveyed the message on how women can identify herself. The narration was done through short stories which depicted that women need not be confined and should have the passion to follow her dreams. The speaker also mentioned to the audience that women should be the change she wants to be, she should appreciate the men in her life. She also added that a women need to strike the balance between carrier and family in every course of life. The Audience thoroughly enjoyed the session.
The program commenced with prayer by Ms. Rifa. Welcome speech was given by Prof. Sakeena from the Dept. of Computer Science. The Preamble of the program was given by Prof. Chandana B. R. from the Dept. of Electronics and Communication. Introduction of the speaker was given by Dr. Mithra, Department of Mathematics. The Presidential address was delivered by Dr. Sharmila Kumari, Vice Principal. P.AC.E. Prof. Asiya Hazareena from the Dept. of Electronics and Communication proposed the vote of thanks. Program was compeered by Prof. Fathimath Raihan.
