Prof. Zoheb Ali defended his Ph. D thesis

Professor Zoheb Ali K had successfully defended his Ph.D. open Viva Voce of thesis entitled “A study on Customer Perception about Service Quality in Hospitals of Dakshina Kannada District” on 12th July 2022, at PACE Research Centre. He had submitted his thesis under the guidance of Dr. Rashmi Kodikkal. Dr. Savitha Basri, of Manipal University was the external examiner. The research scholar Professor Zoheb Ali K. presented the silent features of his Ph. D work. This was followed by the questions from the audience and examination panel members. Based on the scholar’s research work, his presentation and also the clarifications and answers given by the scholar to the questions, the panel recommended that Professor Zoheb Ali K be awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
