Workshop on DATA Mining Using Python

A workshop on “Data Mining Using Python” was organized by the Department of CSE, P. A. College of Engineering, Mangalore in association with the department of Training and Placement, under the aegis of PACE-CSI on 11/02/2023 from 9:00PM to 3:00 PM. The workshop was held within the campus and the event witnessed the participation of more than 40 students.
The program started as per the schedule and Mr. Furqan Shaikh, mastered the ceremony. The resource person Dr. Sayed Abdulhayan, Professor, CS Dept.,, delivered the inaugural address, emphasizing the need and scope of this workshop. He also urged all the participants to utilize this opportunity to learn new skills.
The following Concepts were taught is workshop.
• Data Manipulating and computing of unlabeled datasets.
• Data manipulating and computing of Labelled datasets.
• Data Preprocessing, Data Cleaning
• Clustering and getting results from raw data using various AI-ML Algorithms.
All Session were having Hands-on with using Anaconda navigator with Jupiter Note Book. The workshop was concluded after getting the feedback for further topics for future workshop session conduction.
